Roellen studied Architecture at Pratt Institute. During her course of study, she became involved in the emerging asbestos abatement business. Roellen was with ACA since its inception in 1984 and for 15 years thereafter. She moved to Park City, Utah, in 1996 to form a Residential Design/Build business and returned home to New York and ACA in 2011.

Roellen’s the first step in client requests, coordinating all initial paperwork, pulling together bid documents, surveys and plans, and then coordinating with clients for inspections and follows through with each client until they have received their proposal. Roellen also concentrates on business development, marketing, industry research and client relations.
